At Trendy Bucket, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us first to initiate the return process and receive the correct return shipping address.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments, beauty/skincare products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Customized or personalized items.

Gift cards.

Downloadable software products.
Items purchased on final clearance or sale are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully vet our trending products, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@trendybucket.shop. Please include a clear photo or video of the defect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
5. The Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at support@trendybucket.shop.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase on trendybucket.shop for the new item.
8. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs or simply issue a replacement free of charge.

Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
